Return & Exchange Policy (3 Days)
MiMart offers a 3-day return or exchange policy, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- The request is submitted within 3 days from the delivery date
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in original sealed packaging
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and included items are intact
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Products showing signs of use, damage, drops, liquid exposure, or electrical faults
- Software issues, compatibility concerns, or change of mind after usage
- Opened accessories, earphones, wearables, or hygiene-sensitive items
- Products with removed, altered, or damaged serial numbers
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by MiMart.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Lebanese public holidays.
- Delivery timelines depend on customer location and courier service availability.
- MiMart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Warranty Policy (1 Year – Phones & Tablets Only)
- Smartphones and tablets purchased from MiMart are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the purchase date.
- Warranty coverage applies strictly to manufacturing defects only.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Physical or liquid damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues, user-installed applications, or system updates
- Accessories such as chargers, cables, earphones, and batteries unless stated otherwise
Warranty service may be provided through authorized service centers or MiMart’s support process, depending on availability within Lebanon.
Consumer Rights (Lebanon)
